Day 11 Loving YL - Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar & Rosemary Dip

Tonight I baked Rosemary Chicken with potatoes. I was running low on Rosemary and had just enough to make the chicken. French bread with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and rosemary dip is one of my favorite side dishes. Since I ran out of rosemary, I just used a drop of my rosemary essential oil instead. Make sure you only use Young Living essential oils when ingesting any essential oil and read the label for details.

Day 8 Loving YL - Copaiba Vanilla Moisturizing Shampoo

Between my obsessive nightly washing of my hair and bad genes, my hair is dry. Really dry. Since I can only use fragrance free shampoo and conditioners, my selection is limited. I've been using Origins for the past 7 years. It is alright, I like it - but I don't LOVE it. It is not made for dry hair. Day 7 Loving YL - Roll the stress away with Stress Away

Day 5 Loving YL - Refresher & Pick me up

We are on day three of 3 day Potty Training and I am flat exhausted! Potty training a 26 month old, while still taking care of an 8 month old is hard work. I need something to lift my spirits and mood. I add 2 drops of my Young Living Grapefruit essential oil to a tall glass of water. Does the trick every time. Make sure you are using a glass cup when drinking essential oils. Essentials oils breakdown the toxins in plastics which then goes into your water. My favorite glass bottle is the Lifefactory Glass Bottle. If you don't have grapefruit essential oil you can use Lemon, Lime or Orange. Do not ingest any other brand of essential oils.

Day 3 Loving YL - EO's for Massage

Being sick on vacation, then coming home with a sick baby from vacation sucked! So today I needed a vacation from my vacation! I finally got a relaxing massage thanks to my amazing massage therapist! Like always, I brought my essential oils for her to mix into her massage oil base. This is my standard trio that I bring with me. After the massage I felt relaxed and energized both at the same time. And smelled great!
