DIY Lavender Cooling Mist Spray

This super smooth Lavender cooling mist is a must have for all skin! Mix together and spray on.

You will need:

• 1.5 oz aloe vera (affiliate link )
• .5 oz Vegetable Glycerine (affiliate link )
• 20 drops Young Living Lavender essential oil
• 2oz glass spray bottle (affiliate link )

Instructions

Fill bottle with 20 drops Lavender essential oil, then add 1.5 oz of aloe vera. Then top off with vegetable glycerine. Shake well before each use.

5th day of essential oil gifts - Homemade Yoga Mat Spray

Yoga mat sprays can be pricey! Why pay an arm and a leg, when you can make your own at home super cheap! These are awesome gifts for your yogi friends!

You will need:

• 1oz Witch Hazel {Amazon link}
• 1oz water
• 12 drops Young Living essential oil
• 2oz glass spray bottle {Amazon link}

Instructions

Fill bottle with essential oils, witch hazel and water. Shake well before each use. Spray onto mat and wipe off or lightly spray and leave on. You can use one essential oil or a blend.

My favorite combos are:
Thieves: 12 drops of Thieves essential oil
Refreshing: 6 drops of Peppermint & 6 drops of tea tree (or Thieves in place of tea tree)
Calming: 6 drops of Lavender & 6 drops of tea tree
Fresh Mint: 6 drops of Lavender & 6 drops of peppermint
Mint Medley: 4 drops Peppermint, 4 drops Spearmint & 4 drops orange (or Citrus Fresh)

Day 33 Loving YL - Dog Bed Freshener

My dog Sport's bed needs a good bath! But, I don't have time to wash it. Instead I spray it down with my Doggie Spray.

You will need:

• 2 ounces Witch Hazel {affiliate link}
• 2 Oz Cobalt Blue Glass Bottle with Black Fine Mist Sprayer{affiliate link}

Instructions

I mix 20 drops of Purification essential oil with 2oz witch hazel in a spray bottle. I use this same spray to spray him down when he stinks as well!

Day 19 Loving YL - Magic Skin Spray

My little one's skin is taking a beating from sitting on the potty for long periods of time. I really don't feel like rubbing cream on his little booty every time he has to potty, so I use my magic skin spray instead.

You will need:

• Fractionated coconut oil {Amazon link}
• 2 oz glass bottle with fine mist sprayer {Amazon link}

Instructions

In a 2oz spray bottle, I combine 2oz of fractionated coconut oil with 20 drops of Lavender and 10 drops of Melrose essential oils. I spray onto his bottom at every potty time. You can add a few drops of frankincense as well.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) has a sweet, floral aroma that is soothing and refreshing. Lavender’s aroma is great for relaxing and winding down before bedtime; add to bath or diffuse to create a calming and comforting environment. Lavender essential oil may compliment your favorite shampoos, lotions and skin care products. Because it is the most versatile of all essential oils, no home should be without it.

Homemade DIY Thieves Throat Spray

My new favorite DIY spray using Thieves essential oil! Not only is the this the best numbing throat spray, but it has tons of other uses. You can use this spray as a hand purifier (yes, this is my exact hand purifier recipe), grocery cart spray, restaurant table spray, doorknobs in public restrooms spray, gym equipment spray... you get the idea. This best part about this spray is that it does not contain alcohol. No more need to worry if your kiddos got a hold of the bottle. AND not only are you numbing your sore throat, but the Thieves essential oil giving you an immune boost.

You will need:

• 1oz water
• 1oz aloe vera {Amazon link}
• 8 drops Young Living Thieves essential oil
• 2oz glass spray bottle {Amazon link}
• Small funnel set (optional) {Amazon link}

Instructions

Combine water, aloe vera and Young Living Thieves essential oil in your glass bottle. Easy peasy!

Shake before using and spray onto throat to numb your throat and add extra immune support!
